Stunning views of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony rooms. Beautiful and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. Refreshing and clean pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Great tips on nearby beaches and restaurants to try. Tasty breakfast with attentive service. Complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lobby in the evening. Free parking.
Some rooms were small and uncomfortable, especially those overlooking less appealing areas. The lobby area could use some updating.

Because it wasn't the "season" they did not have the air conditioning on but it was on in the lobby. We stayed there May 22. Regardless, we are the customer and wanted the AC on in our room.

They provide coffee and pastries, that is delightful! The staff are professional people from the chambermaid. It has magnificent location to see Monumento ai Caduti. And it's based in a fantastic area not far from the garden, and the cliff.

Our double room came with with a gorgeous view as well as balcony. The service was excellent and the pool was well-maintained. The location was marvellous and the room was fairly clean.

Great location by the sea, perfect for a morning jog. the breakfast was decent and served on a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city from the balcony.
What a letdown! the pool was under maintenance, and we had no prior notice.

Attractive, comfortable boutique hotel, located on cliff area overlooking the Adriatic. Very helpful staff. Close to a few restaurants and a short commute to a surprising number of fine restaurants in and around Ancona.
